New England Floor Covering was established by Nigel Mucklow and Russ West.  Prior to starting NEFC, Nigel and Russ came from the background of carpet manufacturing at a small mill they owned.   Russ retired and Brian Shea came into the business, bringing in years of construction management experience.

In 2000, Brian Cherry and Phyllis Donohue were hired as Project Managers and became co-owners with Nigel in 2013 when Brian Shea retired.

NEFC’s installation crews have been led by foreman Greg Bushey since 2003. Greg has recuited a team of certified, experienced installers as well as a loyal team of fully insured subcontractors.Most who have been with NEFC for 10+ years
