New England Floor Covering was established in 1982 by Nigel Mucklow and Russell West. Russ retired in 1995 and Brian Shea entered the business, bringing with him many years of experience in the field of color and construction support services. NEFC continues to employ its own highly qualified team of installers, supplemented by specialized fully-insured subcontractors. Our purchasing power and team of professionals have positioned NEFC to become one of Vermont's largest flooring contractors.
